When those pesky FPE breakers give out - what to do?

Unlike that Zinsco on the other thread which was by-passed and the breaker left in there (probably welded itself in place), this one probably had the FPE breaker jump out at whom ever did that, they probably side-stepped, letting that old breaker go where-ever-it-wanted-to-go. Then took the remaining wires and by-passed it.

COOL! TWO by-passed disconnects in one day.
