I am looking for a good pre-drywall specific contract. I have a very good Inspection contract, but it is a bit much for pre-drywall. It has too many exclusions and stuff that is really irrelevant (Lead, asbestos, Low-voltage, moving furnature,...)

So I am looking for a good, PRE_DRYWALL contract that I can buy or edit to make my own.

If someone has one of their own and they would like to trade for my inspection contract, that would work also...
